How is this different from my ads dashboard?
Meta tells you about clicks and form fills. This tells you what happened after — did the lead get a response, enter a pipeline, become a showing, become a deal. The report lives on the CRM record, not in a separate tool that stops at the click.
Can I see attribution per listing?
Yes — leads carry the listing that produced them, so each launch accumulates its own record: spend, leads, follow-up, and pipeline. That per-property story is also what you show the next seller.
What do I need for commission-level reporting?
Deal values recorded on won deals. When your team closes deals in the pipeline with values attached, the report can connect ad spend to commission outcomes; without values it still shows the full source-to-deal chain.
