Sierra Interactive publishes prices. Here’s when that is enough — and when it isn’t.
Sierra Interactive is a real-estate CRM plus IDX site with a public rate card — rare in this category. Espo is the operated engine: owned domain, ads on your account, listing launches, and a person running it, live in about 21 days.
Credit where it is due
What Sierra Interactive does well.
Sierra is honest about the bill. That is a real advantage.
CRM plus one MLS IDX feed in the base. Extra boards are $25/feed/month — published, not a surprise SKU.
Lead Engage, Sierra’s AI nurture add-on, is a clear $199/month line on Essential and Growth. It is not hiding inside “request a demo.”
Onboarding length is written down: 30 / 60 / 90 days by plan.
If you want software you will operate yourself, and you want the number before the sales call, Sierra is one of the few real-estate vendors that will show it.

The boundary
Where Sierra Interactive stops.
A published price is not the same as a person running the work.
It is a 12-month agreement
Sierra’s FAQ is explicit: annual prepaid and monthly-split billing are both a 12-month term. Monthly billing is not month-to-month. Setup is $0 if you prepay the year, $500 if you split it.
You still operate it
CRM, site, and automations are yours to drive. There is no named operator in the subscription running ads and listing launches every week.
Ads are a separate contract
Google management is 10% of spend with a $500 minimum. Facebook packs are extra. Whose ad account is not stated on the pricing page.
Sierra is a strong software buy for a team that will live in it. It is not Growth Partner.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper CRM login:
Keep Sierra if you want to run the software. Add Espo if you want the work done.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Sierra Interactive if…
- Want a published CRM + IDX price and will operate the software yourselves.
- Are fine with a 12-month agreement and optional ad packs on top.
- Do not need a human operator, listing video, or an owned AI-ready site.
- Prefer a vendor with a public rate card over a quote.
Straight answers
Questions about Sierra Interactive.
Does Sierra Interactive publish prices?
Yes — unusual for this category. As of September 2026, sierrainteractive.com/pricing lists Starter $299.95, Essential $399.95, and Growth $599.95 when you prepay the year. Splitting the same 12-month agreement monthly is $359.95 / $474.95 / $724.95 plus a $500 setup fee. Extra MLS feeds are $25/feed/month. Lead Engage (AI nurture) is $199/month and is not on Starter.
Is Sierra month-to-month?
No. Sierra’s own FAQ says both the annual-prepaid and monthly-billed options are a 12-month agreement. Monthly billing is not a month-to-month cancel.
Does Sierra include managed ads?
As an add-on. Google PPC management is 10% of ad spend with a $500 minimum monthly spend. Facebook Lite and Full packs are separate SKUs. Whose ad account those campaigns run on is not stated on the pricing page — ask before you sign. Espo runs Meta on your own ad account inside Growth Partner with no percentage-of-spend fee.
Who operates Sierra after you buy it?
You do. Sierra is software: CRM, IDX site, automations, optional ads. Onboarding length scales by plan (30 / 60 / 90 days). There is no named operator running campaigns and listing launches as part of the subscription. Espo Growth Partner includes the operator.
Can I keep Sierra and add Espo?
You can keep any CRM you already live in while we build. Espo includes its own CRM, so most teams retire the extra login during the build (about 21 days). Your data out within 48 hours if you ever leave.
