Luxury Presence builds a beautiful site. Here’s when that’s the job — and when it isn’t.
Luxury Presence is the luxury website and marketing company mid and top producers actually name. Espo is the operated engine on a domain you own — CRM, listing launches, ads on your account — live in about 21 days.
Credit where it is due
What Luxury Presence does well.
If the job is a luxury site that looks like a brand, Luxury Presence is the name people reach for. We say that honestly.
They publish a 12-month agreement and a setup fee up front. The commitment is visible even when the monthly dollar is not.
G2 reviewers (4.6 from 58 reviews, September 2026 — many vendor-invited) repeatedly name a success manager and praise the look.
Ad spend, they say, “goes directly to Google or Meta with no management fees from Luxury Presence.” Budget caps sit on Brand / Scale / All In. That is their claim; we do not treat it as measured.
Keep Luxury Presence if the design is the win and you already have CRM, ads labor, and listing launches handled.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.

|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Professionally designed website + IDX | Yes | Yes |
| AI-ready site on a domain you own (server-rendered, schema, llms.txt) | Partial | Yes |
| Public monthly price on the vendor site | — | Yes |
| CRM included | Yes | Yes |
| Managed ads with no percentage-of-spend fee (their claim) | Yes | Yes |
| Ads run on your own ad account (you keep the data) | Partial | Yes |
| Done-for-you social calendar | Partial | Yes |
| Per-listing landing page + AI listing video | Partial | Yes |
| QR open-house sign-in straight into the CRM | — | Yes |
| A human operator for the whole growth stack | Partial | Yes |

The boundary
Where Luxury Presence stops.
A beautiful site is not the same as an operated engine. Three gaps show up after the launch:
Monthly price is a quote
Launch / Brand / Scale / All In have no public monthly dollars. The one number we will print is Real Luxury starting at $265/mo on LP’s partner page. Third-party “$500/mo” roundups are not official.
Edits after month two
G2 users describe making their own header, photo, and video edits inside a limited editor — and some wanted more backend control than a managed template allows. Trustpilot (2.5 from 7) and BBB (1.14 from 7) are a tiny, harsher pool: pretty site, weaker delivery. Sentiment, not a capability fact. Ask who ships layout changes after onboarding.
Ownership at cancel is not on the plans page
Reviewers on G2 and Trustpilot say they do not own the site when they leave. That is labeled sentiment. Get the TOS in writing. Espo sites are on a domain you own.
Luxury Presence is a website and marketing company. Espo is the operated stack around a site you keep.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo does not try to out-design a luxury template shop. We run the engine on infrastructure that stays yours:
Keep the LP site if it is already the brand. Add Espo for the work LP does not run.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want the site on a domain you own, with edits handled, not a limited CMS you live in after launch.
- Want listing launches and ads on your own account, not a separate 12-month marketing SKU.
- Want a CRM your agents talk to, with calling and recording in the same place.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Luxury Presence if…
- The job is a luxury visual brand and you will pay a 12-month quote for that look.
- You already have CRM, ads labor, and listing media handled.
- You want a named success manager and you are fine editing inside their editor.
- You do not need an operated engine or an owned AI-ready domain.
Straight answers
Questions about Luxury Presence.
How much does Luxury Presence cost?
Luxury Presence does not publish monthly dollars on luxurypresence.com/plans (September 2026). All four named plans — Launch, Brand, Scale, All In — are a 12-month agreement plus a one-time setup fee that “varies depending on your plan and whether your brokerage has a partnership.” The one public partner number we will print: Luxury Presence’s Real Luxury page starts at $265/mo for Real agents. We do not treat third-party “from $500/mo” roundups as official.
Does Luxury Presence include a CRM?
Yes. Presence AI CRM is on the plans page, with contact caps by plan (1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000 / 50,000). Some G2 reviewers still keep a separate CRM (Follow Up Boss or Lofty) because they already pay for it. Do not assume LP replaces the CRM you already live in.
Do I own the website?
Luxury Presence’s plans page does not publish a domain-ownership clause we can quote. Independent reviews on G2 and Trustpilot (September 2026) include people who say they do not own the site at cancel. Treat that as sentiment, not a legal finding — ask for the TOS in writing before you sign. Espo sites are on a domain you own; your data out within 48 hours if you leave.
Who makes edits after the site launches?
G2 reviewers (4.6 from 58 reviews, many vendor-invited) often praise a named success manager and also describe making their own header, photo, and video edits inside a limited editor. Trustpilot (2.5 from 7 reviews) and BBB (1.14 from 7) are a smaller, harsher pool: pretty site, weaker delivery. The honest question: who ships layout changes after month two? Espo builds and edits the site as part of the engagement.
Does Luxury Presence charge a percentage of ad spend?
Luxury Presence’s FAQ says ad spend “goes directly to Google or Meta with no management fees from Luxury Presence,” with managed-budget caps by plan. That is their claim. Spend is still extra. Espo Growth Partner includes managed Meta on your own ad account with no percentage-of-spend markup.
