The bottom line
Luxury Presence is the website vendor mid and top producers actually name. The site usually looks expensive. IDX is on every plan.
Monthly dollars are a quote. The term is 12 months plus a setup fee. Independent reviews split: G2 is high and often vendor-invited; Trustpilot and BBB are tiny and harsh.
The decision guide: Luxury Presence.
What they publish (September 2026)
luxurypresence.com/plans: Launch, Brand, Scale, All In, plus Enterprise. Contact caps 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000 / 50,000. Presence AI CRM is included.
FAQ: all plans are a 12-month agreement. Setup fee collected up front; monthly billing starts when the site goes live. Ad spend “goes directly to Google or Meta with no management fees from Luxury Presence” — their claim. Budget caps sit on Brand / Scale / All In.
The one public partner number we will print: Real Luxury starting at $265/mo on LP’s Real partner page. We do not print “from $500/mo” as official.
What people say (labeled sentiment)
G2: 4.6 from 58 reviews (September 2026). Many August 2026 reviews are seller-invite. Praise: look, named success manager, some self-serve edits inside a limited editor. Some wanted more backend control than a managed template allows.
Trustpilot: 2.5 from 7 reviews. BBB: 1.14 from 7. Theme: pretty site, weaker delivery, questions about ownership at cancel. Tiny n. Not a census.
Capterra has zero Luxury Presence reviews.
We will not claim “LP customers all have to edit their own site” as if it were Lofty-style DIY. The evidenced theme is: they market a managed marketing team; G2 users still do a lot of CMS edits; the small angry pool says the managed layer (SEO, content, support, ownership) is what broke.
When Luxury Presence is the right call
- The job is a luxury visual brand and you will pay a 12-month quote for that look.
- CRM, ads labor, and listing media are already handled.
- You want a named success manager and you are fine editing inside their editor.
When Espo is the better fit
Espo puts the site on a domain you own, runs listing launches, and runs Meta on your ad account with no percentage-of-spend markup. A person does the weekly work. Live in about 21 days. Your data out within 48 hours.
Keep LP if the design is already the brand. Add Espo for the work around it.
The one thing to do
Ask three questions in writing: monthly dollar, who owns the domain at cancel, who ships layout changes after month two. Then open the decision guide.
