The bottom line
Sierra Interactive will show you the number before the demo. That is rare.
It is still software you operate. Ads are extra. The term is 12 months either way.
The decision guide: Sierra Interactive.
What they publish (September 2026)
sierrainteractive.com/pricing:
| Plan | Annual prepaid | Monthly split of the same 12-month term | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $299.95 | $359.95 | 1 |

| Growth | $599.95 | $724.95 | 5 |
Setup is $0 if you prepay the year, $500 if you split it. Extra MLS feed: $25/month. Lead Engage (AI nurture): $199/month, Essential and Growth only. Google PPC management: 10% of spend, $500 minimum.
Sierra’s FAQ: both pay styles are a 12-month agreement. Monthly billing is not month-to-month.
When Sierra is the right call
- You want CRM + IDX and you will live in the software.
- You want a public rate card more than a quote.
- You are fine running campaigns yourselves, or buying Sierra’s ad packs on top.
When Espo is the better fit
Espo Growth Partner includes the operator, Meta on your own ad account with no percentage-of-spend fee, listing launches, and an AI-ready site on a domain you own. Live in about 21 days. Your data out within 48 hours.
Sierra can be cheaper than Growth Partner if you operate it. That is the honest comparison — software you run versus work we run.
