Start with one clean handoff
You send the property details and approved photos. Espo turns that source material into the pieces the launch needs: a branded page on your domain, an AI listing video, sequenced photos, suggested public and agent remarks, ready-to-publish social assets, open-house QR materials, a follow-up plan, source tags, and the MLS submission checklist.
The agent of record still submits to the MLS. Espo prepares the handoff; it does not replace the licensed step.
Keep the property attached to every response
The useful part is not another folder of files. The listing page, QR sign-in, inquiry source, CRM record, and follow-up all point back to the same property. When someone replies, the team can see which listing and moment created the conversation.
Review before anything leaves
Listing social assets arrive ready to publish; they are not automatically published. A managed Meta launch is part of Listing Engine and runs on the client’s own ad account. Messages, drafts, and public content keep a human approval step.
One listing first
Most agents begin with a single launch. That makes the process easy to inspect before deciding whether every listing should follow the same path.
