The bottom line
Lofty is the same product as Chime (rebrand November 7, 2023). It is a real-estate CRM with an IDX website, automations, and a wide published AI surface.
Official plan columns are Request Pricing. What is published: a 20% management fee on buyer/seller ad spend and 15% on branding ads (lofty.com/price-packages, September 2026).
All-in-one is not the same as done-for-you. Reviewers who like Lofty like the breadth. Reviewers who leave talk about tickets, setup time, and extras.
The longer decision guide: Lofty (Chime).
What they publish (September 2026)
Four columns: Agent, Team, Broker, Enterprise — each Request Pricing. Lead generation is a separate tab, also request-only, plus a $70/month Home Evaluation Page without IDX.
IDX website is listed as fully customizable, with unlimited agent subdomains. That is a real product. It is not the same as an AI-ready site on a domain you own.
We do not print third-party “~$449 Core” figures as official 2026 prices. They conflict with the current request-only page. We also do not print a $299 onboarding fee as official — it is not on the packages page we opened.
What people say (labeled sentiment)
Capterra (127 reviews, updated August 26, 2026): 3.9 overall, customer service 3.5. G2: 4.3 from 406 reviews — many 2026 reviews are vendor-invited, so we do not treat that score as an independent census.
Do not quote Trustpilot 1.4 on lofty.com. That profile is categorized as an art-supply store and mixes unrelated reviews.
Recurring praise: CRM + IDX + Smart Plans in one login.
Recurring complaints: tickets that drag for weeks; you still set up the site and Smart Plans; extra fees for calls, texts, and AI. A January 2026 Software Advice review called it “not plug-and-play.”
Some users never have support issues. Some live in unused complexity. Both show up in the same pool. We will not flatten that into “everyone hates Lofty.”
When Lofty is the right call
- You want the widest AI feature surface in a single login and you will drive it.
- You are fine paying a 20% management fee on ads and you do not need ad-account ownership in writing.
- You want 33+ lead-gen channels and transaction tools in the same vendor.
- You prefer a large vendor and request-quote pricing.
When Espo is the better fit
Espo runs Meta on your ad account with no percentage-of-spend markup. The site is on a domain you own. Listing launches include an own-domain page, video, QR, and ready-to-publish social. A person runs it. Live in about 21 days. Your data out within 48 hours.
The one thing to do
Ask Lofty for a written quote that separates: base subscription, seats, lead-gen, the 20% ad fee, whose Meta account, and whose domain. Then open the decision guide and pricing.
