What it includes
Current site, CRM, and data review Contact and pipeline import planning Launch checklist across domain, content, forms, and routing
Common use
A team knows it needs a better engine but cannot pause the business to rebuild everything itself.
Espo difference
The handoff is planned around the real estate workflow, not just a technical migration.
Common questions
Asked about this feature.
What does onboarding actually cover?
A review of your current site, CRM, and data; contact and pipeline import planning; and a launch checklist across domain, content, forms, and routing. Espo manages the build — your team answers questions, it does not run a migration project.
How long until we are live?
We say about 21 days from kickoff to live, and we schedule the build that way. BBRG — a five-agent team with a full site, CRM, calling, and open-house system — went live in 21 days.
Do my existing contacts come with me?
Yes — contact and pipeline imports are planned as part of onboarding, so your database arrives organized instead of dumped. History you export from your old CRM comes along.
Does my business pause during the switch?
No. The handoff is planned around the real-estate workflow — your current tools keep running until the engine is ready, and the cutover is scheduled, not improvised.
See it running on your market.
Thirty minutes with the founders, no deck. We’ll walk this feature — and the rest of the engine — against your actual listings and pipeline.
On the call we’ll look at your market and your current presence — and tell you plainly if this is overkill, or not yet for you.
