AgentFire publishes the setup ladder. Ads are a different contract.
AgentFire sells hyperlocal SEO WordPress with a public design ladder: Ignite $800, Custom $2,750, Firebrand $6,500, then Pro $165/month or Plus $215. Ads are the greater of $500 or 15% of spend, 6-month minimum. Espo is the operated engine.
Credit where it is due
What AgentFire does well.
If the job is a hyperlocal WordPress site with a printed setup number, AgentFire will show it.
Website FAQ claims no long-term contract. Go-live “1.5 to 4+ weeks” depending on design package.
Built-in IDX is in the $165 — MLS pass-through fees are extra. That is written, not a surprise SKU.
Choose AgentFire when SEO WordPress is the whole project and you will operate CRM elsewhere.

The working comparison.

The boundary
Where AgentFire stops.
A site shop is not a CRM, and the ads SKU is not the website TOS.
Ads are 6 months and 15%
AgentFire Ads TOS: greater of $500/month or 15% of monthly ad spend, 6-month minimum from Launch Date, then month-to-month with 30-day notice. Media spend extra.
CRM is a lead manager + sync
Not a full pipelines-and-calling CRM of record. You will still buy Follow Up Boss, Cloze, or Espo for that job.
Whose domain is unstated
Pricing and privacy pages inspected do not say who holds the registrar after cancel. Ask before you pay Firebrand money.
AgentFire is a website. Espo is the site plus the work around it, without a 15% ads SKU.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep AgentFire if the WordPress site is already ranking. Add Espo for CRM, listings, and ads on your account.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose AgentFire if…
- The job is a hyperlocal SEO WordPress site and you will pay $800–$6,500 to design it.
- You already have a CRM of record.
- You want their $165/$215 hosting and you will operate the rest.
- You are fine with ads as a separate 6-month, 15%-or-$500 SKU — or you will not buy ads from them.
