Book the first call
Bring the listings, CRM, and follow-up you already run. We map this feature against that work.
A buyer using ChatGPT can check your open times and fill a booking on your site. They still confirm. You still own the appointment.
Representative — not a production capture. The walkthrough video for this feature is being filmed; every feature on the wall is getting one.
Someone asks ChatGPT to find an agent and book a call. Instead of sending them to hunt through your site, ChatGPT opens your booking page, sees real openings, and fills the form. They look at it and confirm.
Most real-estate sites are built for people clicking. This makes the same page usable by ChatGPT and other supporting browser agents — without a second booking product, and without handing the agent permission to book behind your back.
How it works
The same public booking page on your domain. No new scheduler. No extra login for the visitor. If they can book in a browser, a supporting agent can use the labeled actions on that tab.
In ChatGPT’s desktop browser (Work or Codex), your page can offer three actions: list your public booking pages, show open times, and fill the form. The visitor still sees the page. Close the tab and the tools go away.
Prepare is not submit. Book still belongs to a person. That keeps stale times, surprise calendar holds, and surprise texts off the table.
Real product screenshots from a demo workspace — not mockups.
Common questions
WebMCP is how a website hands a short menu of real actions to an AI in the browser — check openings, fill a form — instead of the AI clicking around like a person. It is a proposed browser capability, not a second CRM. ChatGPT’s desktop app can use those “site tools” when your page is open.
No. It can show open times and fill the form. A person still clicks Book. We do not let the agent create the appointment, send SMS, or write the CRM on its own.
Not today. It works when someone has your booking page open in a supporting browser — ChatGPT desktop’s built-in browser (Work or Codex) is the one we dogfood. Ordinary Safari and most Chrome windows will not see the tools. The human booking page still works for everyone else.
No. MCP on the pricing card is a connector so ChatGPT or Claude can work with your Espo CRM data. WebMCP is the website itself: the live booking page, in the visitor’s browser, with you still confirming.
It is opt-in on Website + IDX and above. We wire it on your public booking page when you choose it. New builds can include it from the start; existing sites can add it without a new product.
Thirty minutes with the founders, no deck. We walk this feature — and the rest of the engine — against your actual listings and pipeline.

Each page describes what is live today, what it needs, and which plan includes it.
Add only the jobs you need now. The rest of the catalog stays available.
