Ylopo fills Follow Up Boss. They will not print the number.
Ylopo is lead gen plus AI text and voice. Official pricing is demo-gated — “no one-size sticker.” It is not the CRM of record. Espo is the owned site, listing launches, and ads on your account.
Credit where it is due
What Ylopo does well.
Ylopo’s own line is the honest one: Follow Up Boss is where you work a lead. Ylopo is what fills it.
They charge on database size, not seats — 1 agent or 1,000. That is a real difference from per-user CRMs.
Complete adds Radar “outcome-based” leads and managed Google LSA. Pricing footer: “Your data stays yours.”
Choose Ylopo when you want to buy a lead-and-nurture workforce on top of a CRM you already have.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.

The boundary
Where Ylopo stops.
A demo-gated sticker is not a rate card, and a search site is not a domain you own as a brand.
No published dollar
The pricing page says there is no one-size sticker and the number comes on the demo. Do not treat third-party ranges as official.
Not the CRM
Ylopo is explicit: it fills Follow Up Boss. You still buy a system of record, a distinctive owned site, and listing media.
Whose ads account is unstated
Social, PPC, remarketing, and managed LSA are the product. Whether those campaigns run on your Meta/Google account is not on the pricing page.
Ylopo can sit on FUB. It does not replace Espo’s owned site and listing engine.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep Ylopo if that lead machine is already in writing. Add Espo for the brand site and listing work.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Ylopo if…
- You already have Follow Up Boss and want a vendor to fill it with leads and AI nurture.
- You are fine quoting after a demo with no public rate card.
- Voice ISA plus PPC/social lead gen is the job, not an owned brand site.
- You do not need listing video, QR open house, or ads on an account you hold.
Straight answers
Questions about Ylopo.
What does Ylopo cost?
Official pricing is demo-gated as of September 2026. ylopo.com/pricing: Solo, Growing Team, Complete — billed on database size, not seats. We will not invent a monthly dollar.
Is Ylopo a CRM?
No. Their positioning: Follow Up Boss is where you work a lead; Ylopo fills it. Mission Control is a dashboard, not a replacement system of record.
Can I keep Ylopo and add Espo?
If Ylopo is already filling FUB and the numbers work on paper, keep it. Espo still owns the public site, listing launches, and Meta on your account. Most teams do not want two ads desks.
