Rechat is the newer all-in-one. They will not print a price.
Rechat (rechat.ai) sells Studio, People, Deals, and Lucy as a modular stack for agents and brokerages. Official pages are demo-gated. Espo publishes prices and runs the work.
Credit where it is due
What Rechat does well.
Rechat is built for people who want to run their own marketing machine.
Lucy is an in-product copilot (drafts, listing sites, voice commands) — not an outbound ISA dialer. That distinction matters.
Terms: Rechat does not claim ownership of User Content. Cancel by emailing support@rechat.ai.
If you will live in Studio every week, Rechat is a serious DIY stack.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.
| Capability | Rechat | Espo |
|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Full CRM — pipelines, sequences, lead routing | Yes | Yes |
| Website / listing sites in-product | Yes | Yes |
| Public monthly price on the vendor site | — | Yes |
| DIY ads tools (Facebook / Instagram) | Yes | Partial |
| AI copilot inside the product (Lucy) | Yes | Yes |
| Managed ads with no percentage-of-spend markup | — | Yes |
| A human operator included | — | Yes |
| Live in about 21 days | — | Yes |
The boundary
Where Rechat stops.
A modern interface is not a published bill, and it is not an operator.
No official dollar
rechat.ai has no pricing page. CTA is request a demo. Do not quote Software Advice $100 or a franchise $30 reimbursement as Rechat’s list price.
You operate it
Ads tools are DIY. There is no named operator running Meta on your account or launching listings as a SKU.
Export SLA is not described
You may cancel by email. How a full CRM/site export works is not on the marketing pages.
Rechat is software you run. Espo is the work we run.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep Rechat if the team already lives in Lucy and Studio. Add Espo if you want the work done.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Rechat if…
- You want a modern DIY CRM + marketing studio and you will operate it.
- You are fine quoting after a demo with no public rate card.
- Lucy-as-copilot is the AI you wanted, not an outbound ISA.
- You do not need a human operator or listing launches as a SKU.
Straight answers
Questions about Rechat.
What does Rechat cost?
Official site is quote-after-demo as of September 2026. There is no sticker on rechat.ai. Ignore directory “starting at $100” figures.
Is Lucy an ISA?
No. Lucy is an in-product copilot. It is not Structurely or Clairvo. If you need outbound calling on every lead, that is a different product.
Can I keep Rechat and add Espo?
Yes, while we build. Most teams do not want two CRMs after go-live. Your data out within 48 hours if you ever leave Espo.
