Real Geeks publishes $399. Lead packages and the term sit on top.
Real Geeks is one of the few all-in-ones with a public calculator: $399/month plus $500 setup, two users included. Optional Social / Search / Seller packages are extra. Espo is the operated engine on a domain you own.
Credit where it is due
What Real Geeks does well.
A public calculator is rare. Real Geeks will show the number.
Social lead package $299, Search $599, Seller $599, with a written lead-range table last updated 2026-07-01. Geek AI Text $49, or $0 with a lead package.
Parent is Fidelity National Financial. Custom domain is listed as included; $50 to transfer a domain they bought.
If you will operate the software and maybe buy a lead package, Real Geeks is a straightforward software buy.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.
| Capability | Real Geeks | Espo |
|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Full CRM — pipelines, sequences, lead routing | Yes | Yes |
| IDX website included | Yes | Yes |
| Public monthly price on the vendor site | Yes | Yes |
| Done-for-you lead packages | Yes | Partial |
| AI-ready site on a domain you own | Partial | Yes |
| Managed ads with no percentage-of-spend markup | — | Yes |
| Ads run on your own ad account | Partial | Yes |
| A human operator included with the growth engine | Partial | Yes |

The boundary
Where Real Geeks stops.
The $399 is the login. The lead packages and the term are the rest of the bill.
Initial term, then month-to-month
Public UI offers 6- or 12-month (and Annual) commitment, then auto month-to-month. Early cancel in the Initial Term is a buyout of two full monthly payments (TOS).
You still operate it
CRM, site, and Marketing Studio are yours to drive. Lead packages add a success manager for those ads — not listing video, QR open house, or an Espo operator.
Whose ad account is unstated
Done-for-you Google/Meta packages do not say whether the ad account is yours. Changing metro more than 30 days after go-live voids the lead guarantee.
Real Geeks can be cheaper than Growth Partner if you run it. That is software you operate versus work we run.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep Real Geeks if the $399 login is the whole job. Add Espo if you want the work done on a domain you keep.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Real Geeks if…
- You want a published all-in-one price and will live in the software.
- You want their Social / Search / Seller packages with a written lead-range table.
- You are fine with a 6- or 12-month initial term and a $500 setup fee.
- You do not need listing video, QR open house, or ads on an account you hold.

Questions about Real Geeks.
What does Real Geeks cost?
As of September 2026, realgeeks.com/real-geeks-pricing: $399/month + $500 setup, 2 users. Social $299, Search $599, Seller $599. Geek AI Text $49 (or $0 with a lead package). IDX $10/board.
Is it month-to-month?
After the Initial Term, yes. During the Initial Term, early cancel is a two-month buyout. The public calculator lets you pick 6-month, 12-month, or Annual.
Can I keep Real Geeks and add Espo?
You can keep any CRM you already live in while we build. Espo includes its own CRM, so most teams retire the extra login during the build (about 21 days).
