nora sits on top of the tools you already pay for. It is not the CRM, the site, or the ads.
nora by Lundy is a voice assistant that uses the CRM, email, calendar, and MLS you already have. There is no monthly seat. MetroList subscribers get MLS-specific features at no charge and a usage wallet for the rest. Espo is the owned engine those tools sit inside.
This page is here because agents ask. It is not in the footer. nora is a layer, not a replacement for Lofty, Follow Up Boss, or Espo.
Credit where it is due
What nora does well.
If you already bought Lofty or Follow Up Boss and you want to talk to it, nora is built for that sentence.
MetroList (Northern California MLS) launch: subscribers get MetroList-specific features at no charge, an initial wallet balance (dollar unpublished), and Stripe micro-transactions for non-MLS tasks (GlobeNewswire, 2026-06-09).
Positioning is real-estate-only. Brokers: “You bought the software. nora actually uses it.”
Keep nora when it is already in the MLS bundle and it is actually doing tasks you would have done by hand.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.
| Capability | nora | Espo |
|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Full CRM — system of record | — | Yes |
| IDX website | — | Yes |
| Public monthly seat price | — | Yes |
| Voice assistant across CRM / email / calendar / MLS | Yes | Partial |
| Writes into Follow Up Boss / HubSpot (published) | Yes | Yes |
| Managed ads | — | Yes |
| Listing launches | — | Yes |
| A human operator included | — | Yes |
The boundary
Where nora stops.
An overlay cannot own the front door.
Not a CRM, not a site, not ads
Those are not products. nora writes into tools you already pay for. If those tools are a brokerage subdomain, you still do not own the URL.
Do not quote the mock cents
The marketing UI shows example tasks at a few cents. That is an illustration, not a published rate card. App Store 5.0 from a handful of ratings is not a corpus — we will not cite it.
Not an after-hours receptionist
It is a voice/text assistant for the agent’s own work. It is not Espo’s inbound receptionist product (that product is still gated).
nora can sit on Espo or on Lofty. It does not replace either.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep nora if MetroList already gave it to you and you use it. Add Espo for the site, CRM, listings, and ads.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose nora if…
- You already have a CRM and MLS, and you want a voice overlay on top.
- You are a MetroList subscriber and the MLS-specific features are free.
- You will fund a usage wallet and you do not need a seat price.
- You do not need an owned site, listing launches, or managed ads from this vendor.
Straight answers
Questions about nora.
What does nora cost?
No monthly seat as of September 2026. MetroList subscribers get MLS-specific features at no charge. Other tasks draw from a usage wallet. We will not treat the on-site mock cents as a rate card.
Does nora replace Lofty or Follow Up Boss?
No. It sits on top. Ask nora to use the CRM you already have — that is the product.
Can I keep nora and add Espo?
Yes. Overlay assistants can sit on Espo the same way they sit on FUB. The buying decision is still whose domain and who runs the listings.
