Clairvo is a dialer. It does not talk to your CRM today.
Clairvo is a power dialer with a live in-call assistant and a prepaid wallet. Official pricing is demo-gated. Homepage FAQ: CRM integrations — none today. Leads arrive by CSV. Espo is the CRM plus the calling, on the record.
Credit where it is due
What Clairvo does well.
If the job is “more conversations from a list,” a serious dialer is a real product.
They sell the floor changing: license a dialing seat per rep and move it when the roster changes.
Self-serve setup language: numbers buy instantly; texting waits on carrier registration.
Choose Clairvo when you already have a CRM export and you only want a dialer with a live assistant.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.
| Capability | Clairvo | Espo |
|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Partial | Yes |
| Full CRM — system of record | — | Yes |
| CRM integrations today | — | Yes |
| Public monthly price on the vendor site | — | Yes |
| Power dialer + live in-call assistant | Yes | Partial |
| IDX website | — | Yes |
| Managed ads | — | Yes |
| A human operator included | — | Yes |
The boundary
Where Clairvo stops.
A dialer that does not sync CRM is a second system of record whether you wanted one or not.
No CRM integrations today
Their FAQ is explicit. Leads in by CSV. Everything going the other way is “workflows.” The call did not happen in Follow Up Boss unless you make it happen.
No official dollar
“Exact figures come from the demo.” Do not quote $250/seat or third-party $75–$200 ranges as 2026 list price. They are not on clairvo.io.
Not a site, not ads, not listings
Those are not products. Homepage examples mix B2B SaaS language. This is not a real-estate-only growth engine.
Clairvo can sit next to a CRM. It cannot be the CRM. Espo’s calling is inside the record.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep Clairvo if the floor already lives in it. Add Espo if the CRM has to know the call happened.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Clairvo if…
- You want a standalone power dialer and you will live in CSV + wallet.
- You are fine with no CRM sync today and quoting after a demo.
- You already have site, ads, and CRM elsewhere.
- You do not need listing launches or an owned domain as part of this buy.
Straight answers
Questions about Clairvo.
What does Clairvo cost?
Official site is demo-gated as of September 2026. Seat plus prepaid wallet. We will not print a dollar that is not on clairvo.io.
Does Clairvo replace my CRM?
No. FAQ: CRM integrations — none today. Contacts live in Clairvo for dialing.
Can I keep Clairvo and add Espo?
Only if you have a reason to keep a second dialer. Espo calling is recorded against the contact. Two dialers is usually a mess.
