CINC sells the ads desk with the CRM. The site still lives on their host.
CINC (Commissions Inc.) is a buyer-lead CRM plus a full-service ads team. Core plans are quote-only. Espo is listing-led demand on a domain you own, with Meta on your account and no percentage-of-spend markup.
Credit where it is due
What CINC does well.
CINC’s honest product is “we buy and convert the leads.” That is a real job.
CINC AI is a published add-on starting at $200/month. Dialer is 3 lines for $75/month.
The IDX site is CINC-hosted and, per their FAQ, runs separate from any website you already have. That is useful if you want them to land ads on a site they control.
Choose CINC when you want to buy buyer leads and have their desk run the campaigns.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.

| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Full CRM — pipelines, sequences, lead routing | Yes | Yes |
| IDX website included | Yes | Yes |

The boundary
Where CINC stops.
A CINC-hosted landing system is not a domain you take with you.
Core software is quote-only
Do not treat a Capterra “starting at $1,000” as official. It is not on cincpro.com. Setup is a published nonrefundable fee whose dollar lives on the order form.
Initial term, then month-to-month
TOS: whatever Initial Term is on the order form, then auto-renew month-to-month at prevailing rates. Early cancel still owes the rest of the term. Bulk extraction of data is a prohibited activity.
Your content licenses their AI
TOS grants CINC a perpetual, sublicensable license in customer content including to train AI. Whose Meta/Google ad account is not stated.
CINC is a strong buy if the job is their lead machine. It is not Growth Partner on a site you own.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep CINC if their ads desk is the business. Add Espo if you want listing-led demand on your own domain.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose CINC if…
- You want a full-service buyer-lead ads desk more than an owned brand site.
- You are fine with a CINC-hosted IDX landing system next to any site you already have.
- You will sign an order-form Initial Term and a nonrefundable setup fee.
- You do not need listing video, QR open house, or ads on an account you hold.
Straight answers
Questions about CINC.
Does CINC publish the CRM price?
No. cincpro.com/pricing is Request Pricing for Solo / Ramp / Pro / Select. Published add-ons as of September 2026: CINC AI from $200/month; dialer 3 lines $75/month.
Whose website do the ads land on?
CINC’s FAQ: their site is hosted and managed by CINC and runs separate from any website you already have. Espo sites are on a domain you own.
Can I keep CINC and add Espo?
You can keep any CRM you already live in while we build. Most teams do not want two ads desks. The usual split is: keep CINC only if that lead machine is already paying for itself in writing.
