Brivity FAQ starts at $299. The plan cards still say Request Demo.
Brivity is an all-in-one CRM + IDX. The FAQ publishes a solo start of $299/month. Plan cards on /plans/ are still Request Demo. Sites must say “Powered by Brivity.” Espo is the operated engine on a domain you own.
Credit where it is due
What Brivity does well.
Brivity is a real all-in-one, and the FAQ will name a starting number.
FAQ: no contract, billed month-to-month. Terms still want 30-day written notice. Most teams live in 15–30 days, with a Startup Project Manager.
CRM + IDX + transactions + marketing in one login. That is the job they sell.
If you want one login and you will operate it, Brivity is in the same conversation as Sierra and Real Geeks.
Capability by capability
The working comparison.
Based on public information. Partial stays partial; a missing row is not turned into a win.
| Capability | Brivity | Espo |
|---|---|---|
| Real-estate-exclusive | Yes | Yes |
| Full CRM — pipelines, sequences, lead routing | Yes | Yes |
| IDX website included | Yes | Yes |
| Public monthly price on the vendor site | Partial | Yes |
| Month-to-month (FAQ) | Yes | Partial |
| AI-ready site on a domain you own (no required vendor footer) | — | Yes |
| Managed ads with no percentage-of-spend markup | Partial | Yes |
| A human operator included | Partial | Yes |
| Live in about 21 days | Partial | Yes |
The boundary
Where Brivity stops.
A FAQ start is not a team rate card, and the site still has to wear their name.
Team dollars are quote-only
Plan cards on brivity.com/plans/ are Request Demo. Do not invent Accelerate / Expand / Mega prices. Setup is a one-time non-refundable fee on the receipt.
“Powered by Brivity”
IDX sites must say Powered by Brivity. That is their page in the footer even if the domain is yours.
You operate it
Lead-gen and VA add-ons exist; they are not Growth Partner. Recruiter.ai dollars indexed in search were not on the 2026-09-03 plans grid — do not quote them.
Brivity is software you run. Espo is the work we run, without a required vendor footer.
The difference
What Espo adds around it.
Espo sells the operated stack, not a cheaper login:
Keep Brivity if the team already lives in it. Add Espo if you want the site without their footer and the work done.

Which fits the job now?
Choose Espo if…
- Want ads on your own account with no percentage-of-spend fee, and a person running them.
- Want listing launches — page, video, QR, social — live in about 21 days.
- Want an AI-ready site on a domain you own, not a vendor template you operate.
- Run a team of up to 10 agents and want one decision for the full stack.
Choose Brivity if…
- You want an all-in-one and the FAQ $299 solo start is the budget.
- You will operate CRM + IDX yourselves and are fine with a Powered-by footer.
- Month-to-month with 30-day written notice is the term you wanted.
- You do not need listing video, QR open house, or ads on an account you hold.

What does Brivity cost?
The only official 2026 dollar on a current marketing page we opened is the FAQ: starts at $299/month for solo agents. Plan cards are Request Demo. Setup is on the receipt.
Is Brivity month-to-month?
FAQ says yes — no contract, billed month-to-month. Terms still require written cancellation at least 30 days before the current monthly term ends.
Can I keep Brivity and add Espo?
You can keep any CRM you already live in while we build. Most teams retire the extra login during the build (about 21 days).
