What Agent Image does well.
If the job is a custom WordPress brochure, Agent Image has been that shop for a long time.
TOS add-ons are printed: custom logo $399, custom map $999 + $50/area, out-of-scope design $150/hour (agentimage.com/terms-of-service, September 2026).
After one year of hosting, domain “may be transferred to the Client’s control” on written request. That path exists. It is not day one.
Choose them when you want a design house and you already have CRM, ads, and listings handled.

A beautiful site is not ownership, and it is not an operator.
They own it until year one is paid
TOS: domain names purchased by TDP and designs they create are TDP’s property until all fees including one full year of monthly hosting are paid. Buy-out: pay 12 months of hosting in advance.
One-year hosting, then month-to-month
Not month-to-month at signup. Cancel-for-convenience after three days: no refund, minimum 25% even if no work has started. Backup copy is not maintained by TDP on cancel.
No CRM, no listing engine
PPC products exist as separate quotes (3-month project language on some SKUs). There is no named operator running Meta on your account as part of hosting.
Agent Image is a design firm. Espo is the operated stack on a domain that is yours.

Do I own the Agent Image site?
Not until all fees including one full year of hosting are paid. Then domain may transfer on written request. Espo sites are on a domain you own from the start.
Can I keep Agent Image and add Espo?
If the site is already live and year-one hosting is paid, keep it and add Espo for CRM, listings, and ads. If you are about to sign, compare ownership language before you pay the setup fee.
